Since most of our products are handcrafted, custom-made, or specially curated, our return and refund policy is carefully designed to avoid misuse and ensure fairness.

By placing an order on OURPLANETSTORE.COM, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. This policy complies with the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable laws, while protecting the interests of our platform and artisans.

✅ Return & Refund Conditions (Strictly Limited)

Return or refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. The product received is physically damaged, defective, or

2. An entirely wrong product (not what was ordered) was sent.

To qualify, the customer must:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp

Share a mandatory unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging

Retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved

Failure to provide these will result in automatic rejection of the claim.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Categories

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Change of mind after order placement

Slight color or design variation due to lighting/screen resolution

Handmade items with natural imperfections or variations

Delay in delivery due to courier or force majeure circumstances

Items purchased under discount, sale, or limited-time offers

Personalized/customized/made-to-order items

Incorrect size selected by customer (if size chart was available)

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), unless product is damaged or wrong

📩 How to Raise a Request

To raise a valid claim, email us at ourplanetisonline@gmail.com or WhatsApp +916361690838 within 48 hours with:

Order number

Description of the issue

Unboxing video and item photos

If your request is approved, we'll notify you with the next steps. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, at our discretion.

💳 Refund Method & Timeline

If eligible and approved:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, a bank transfer will be initiated after verification of bank details.

We do not bear responsibility for delays caused by the customer's failure to share complete information or bank details.

OURPLANETSTORE.COM reserves full rights to accept, reject, or modify any return/refund request without prior notice.

Decisions made by OURPLANET are final and binding.

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Misuse of the return/refund policy will be considered fraudulent and may lead to legal action.
