At OURPLANETSTORE.COM, we strive to deliver your curated and handcrafted products safely and promptly. We primarily use Shiprocket and its associated courier partners to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across India.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. 📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. ⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order products may take 5–7 business days or more to dispatch.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. 🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Remote, rural, or non-metro locations may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

Delivery estimates are provided by Shiprocket and its courier partners and may vary due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics delays.

4. 🔍 Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment using this link in real-time through Shiprocket’s portal.

5. 🚪 Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make up to 3 attempts for delivery.

If the address is incorrect, unreachable, or if delivery is refused, the order will be returned to origin.

In such cases, re-shipping will be charged to the customer. Refunds, if applicable, will be adjusted after deducting the two-way shipping charges.

6. 📦 Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Please do not accept any shipment that appears tampered with, open, or damaged.

If accepted, OURPLANET will not be responsible for claims related to missing or damaged items.

All damage complaints must be supported with photos and an unboxing video, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. ❗ Delays & Exceptions

OURPLANETSTORE.COM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Courier partner issues

Strikes or natural calamities

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

We are also not liable for refunds due to such uncontrollable delays.

8. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimer

All deliveries are fulfilled via Shiprocket and its partner couriers.

Title and risk of goods pass to the customer upon delivery.

All disputes arising out of shipping are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
