In case of rejection, the full amount (if prepaid) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics, courier delays, or external circumstances.

OURPLANET is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

OURPLANET reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order with incorrect pricing.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept a confirmed order may result in account suspension or blocking from future purchases.
